Free Remortgages and our charges are based on two considerations: the loan amount and the complexity of your individual circumstances. We will provide you with a free initial consultation and we will always explain exactly what you will be charged before you choose to proceed with an application. As we offer a bespoke service our charges can vary.
Our fees apply to all regulated mortgages including consumer buy to lets. Certain mortgages, primarily business buy to lets and commercial mortgages, are not regulated Fees for non-regulated mortgages can vary depending on your requirements and circumstances. But be noted we can help you to find and provide FREE for all remortgages no matter either you wish with your current lender or another lender.
The client fee doesn’t merely cover the administration of your loan application. It also covers our extensive research, our in-depth knowledge of the market and the independent mortgage advice you receive from us. Our market expertise also enables us to negotiate various exclusive and highly beneficial schemes on behalf of our clients, many of which are only available through PreMorgage.
